How long is a membership valid?+
Each membership runs for one year from activation. You'll get a renewal reminder on WhatsApp before it ends, and your family's history carries forward.
Can I add my parents?+
Yes. Silver and Gold cover parents alongside children. Tell us who to include when you enrol.
Who can see my family's reports?+
Only you and the SKIDS wellness care team. Every report is reviewed by an adviser before it appears on your timeline, with a plain-language note.
